MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC/Gray News) – A demolition crew in Minnesota found a treasure that stopped everything as they were tearing down an old high school – a time capsule more than 100 years old. The time capsule from 1920 was opened Monday and its contents were revealed to community members during a press conference. MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - The USPS will be upping their prices starting July 14, 2024. Some Mankato businesses spoke on how they will soon be impacted. Laurel Ballman, owner of River City Quilts believes the new postal rates increase will affect everyone. “When we get things in, the prices have gone up on shipping and of course now when we send packages out, that’s going to affect our customers also,” Ballman said.
