CONCORD, N.C. - The NASCAR Cup Series off week, the only one of the season, comes at an important point on the calendar for two reasons.
One and most notably, Easter. But secondly, it also comes at the quarter pole, with nine of 36 scheduled races officially in the books.
Still, there's much to be decided even before reaching the playoffs, which will again encompass the last 10 races of the season.

CONCORD, N.C. - Sure, the NASCAR Cup Series will take its off weekend in the 2025 schedule this week, but there will still be plenty of racing to watch.
And a little added intrigue to boot.
The NASCAR Xfinity Series and CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, in conjunction with the ARCA Menards Series East, will take to the historic 1-mile oval at Rockingham Speedway with loaded slates set for Friday and Saturday. It will be NASCAR's first trip back to "the Rock" since the Truck Series last visited in 2013.

Certainly, it makes for a unique challenge. But if there's been any drawback, it certainly isn't evident in the results.

CONCORD, N.C. - William Byron's rally from a 26th starting position fell a handful of spots short of a win on Sunday at Bristol Motor Speedway, but it was plenty to stay atop the leaderboard in a bigger category. Byron maintained his grip on the NASCAR Cup Series points standings and is 30 points ahead of second-place Denny Hamlin. Kyle Larson meanwhile, who dominated yet again at Bristol, moved up a couple of spots after locking down his second win of the season.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Shortly after the first practice of Speedweek on Wednesday, NASCAR Cup Series drivers went through media day festivities at Daytona International Speedway.
As is usually the case, drivers were subjected to questions on a vast array of topics ranging from the DAYTONA 500, the 2025 season, life as a driver and, well, even some silly ones too.
Certainly, Hendrick Motorsports’ drivers were no exception.

The Winston-Salem track ended up being a terrific host for the annual Cook Out Clash. The “Madhouse” certainly lived up to the mantra all weekend long from carnage on the race track to the many fans giving the “No.1” salute. One driver in particular stood out amongst the rest. Hendrick Motorsport’s Chase Elliott was the one who was able to conquer the rest.

CONCORD, N.C. - No matter how much NASCAR Cup Series teams work, grind and pour effort into their race cars each and every week, by season's end, there can be only one champion.
The level of difficulty is part of what makes Hendrick Motorsports' run of 14 titles in the last 30 seasons so special. But for a driver, that kind of pressure can be crippling, especially if a title-or-bust mentality is taken into each new year.
