Cincinnati Inc., a leading machine tool manufacturer, is set to expand upon its relationship with Hendrick Motorsports this season, becoming a multi-race primary sponsor of two-time DAYTONA 500 champion William Byron and the No. 24 team. The expanded relationship will have the No. 24 Cincinnati Chevrolet appear twice in the NASCAR Cup Series during both the 2025 and 2026 campaigns.

The 2025 motorsports season will mark the racing return of Kurt Busch, who has been inactive for over two years. In 2022, during the practice session at Pocono he suffered a severe concussion costing his rest of the season and the next year. He was forced to make the decision of retiring from the Cup, and has been enjoying his life outside the track.

Nothing lasts forever. That include Kyle Busch’s streak of 19 consecutive winning seasons in the NASCAR Cup Series, as 2024 marked the first winless season of his career. He had a few chances to extend that number to 20 (see Atlanta Motor Speedway’s three-wide photo finish and races at Daytona International Speedway, Darlington Raceway and Kansas Speedway in the summer), but the best result he could muster was a pair of runner-up finishes in what can only be described as a nightmare of a year.

Chastain took the lead from Martin Truex Jr. on the final restart while Byron moved to second, and the No. 1 held onto the lead to get his first victory of the year and fifth career Cup Series win.
