BOCA GRANDE, Fla. (WBBH) – A 10-year-old girl survived a shark bite while she was snorkeling in Boca Grande, Florida on Wednesday. Bodycam video from police shows officers talking with the girl’s mother, Nadia Lendel, shortly after her daughter was bitten. These pests are on their fences and on the walls of their homes. For homeowner Wayne Jarvis, who has lived in the area for just two years, the explosion in the snail population has been hard to ignore. “They must make a lot of babies, that’s all I can say,” Jarvis said.
