During the final session of the Ocala Breeders' March Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training March 14, agent Marette Farrell signed for a $875,000 Bernardini filly for Speedway Stables. Consigned by de Meric Sales, as Hip 613, she moved over an eighth mile in :10 flat last week during the under tack show. "She's a beautiful filly, both Peter Fluor and K.C. Weiner were here themselves, and they really liked her," Farrell said.

"We thought the filly was sold for $850,000; I'm not sure what happened," Dunne confessed. "Unfortunately, you have to make game-time decisions. We couldn't sit around, so we decided to go ahead and sell her."After much deliberation between Dunne, OBS, and the prospective buyers, the results showed agent Justin Casse had the final bid at $750,000. Casse purchased the juvenile for a non-disclosed client.
