    Three motorcyclists and three Porsche drivers were caught speeding by police. Motorcyclists were caught going more than 140mph this weekend during a police crackdown on speeding in the Highlands. Police witnessed three speeding bikers travelling at speeds of 117mph, 139mph, and 142mph on the B817 near Ballachraggan, which is nearby Invergordon. Another car was detected driving at 90mph. Meanwhile, three Porsche drivers were caught speeding at 99mph on the A890 near Ledgowan.

    The boys, aged between 13 and 14, have been charged in connection with the fire at Portlethen Moss. Six teenage boys have been charged in connection with a fire at an Aberdeenshire nature site. Emergency services were called to Portlethen Moss near the A92 on Saturday at around 4.25pm after reports of an large open area of land on fire. The fire was fully extinguished by 9.30pm with no reports of injuries.

    Margaret McGowan, 71, was found seriously injured and pronounced dead at a home in Glasgow on Saturday. A man has been charged with the death of a woman following a disturbance in a Glasgow home. Margaret McGowan, 71, died after being found seriously injured by emergency services at a house in Newfield Square in Nitshill. Police officers were called to the scene just before 9.45pm on Saturday, following a report of a disturbance a the property.

The winners of the Bafta TV awards have been announced, with Baby Reindeer among the shows which took home prizes. Jessica Gunning won the award for Supporting Actress for her role as Martha in Netflix drama Baby Reindeer, which is basedon the real life experience of Scottish comedian, actor and writer Richard Gadd.
