    The Walmart Supercenter in the Valley Gate shopping center in Warrington has submitted a variance request for a 4,967-square-foot addition to the existing store to create a designated area for online pickup and delivery services. The existing parking area would be relocated to sit adjacent to the new addition, near the garden center facing Route 611. Currently, township regulations require a minimum of 741 parking spaces. Walmart already operates at a 94-space deficit with only 647 spots available.
