    The address for William Way LGBT Community Center has been 1315 Spruce St. since 1996. It’s actually the site of two pre-Civil War homes that were unified before becoming the singular building that is today’s community center. Its four floors house offices and conference rooms as well as a library, gallery, ballroom, archives and more — all offering sanctuary, respite and a place to organize for mobilization as a community. But that could soon change. The property will be for sale.
