It’s no exaggeration to say that Queensland Theatre has had some troubles recently but the company is banking on a Jane Austen-led recovery. Announcing season 2025 to a packed Concert Hall at QPAC on Wednesday night, Queensland Theatre CEO Criena Gehrke says next year will be a big one. “Whether you are a Queensland Theatre veteran or inspired to join us for the first time, we know you’ll fall in love with season 2025,” Gehrke says.
