BAKERSFIELD, California — According to the latest data, Proposition 3 is on track to pass. This would mean that the right to same-sex marriage would be enshrined in California's constitution. Statewide data shows 61% voted yes and only 38% voted no. This would not be the first time a change like this has been made to our state constitution. We saw something similar happen back in 2008.
