WOODBRANCH, Texas (KTRK) -- Residents along a neighborhood street in the City of Woodbranch are experiencing a major flooding issue, but the city told them that they're unable to help. Woodbranch is a small Montgomery County city near Humble, but it's those living on Eastwood Drive who told ABC13 they had nowhere else to turn for help. "There's six or seven feet of stuff in there, and over the years, it's just made it to the point that everything is so bad with flooding," Garrett Skutza said.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The mother of a 2-year-old who was killed in a hit-and-run last week at their apartment complex is speaking only on ABC13, making a plea for justice. "If you hit her, if you seen anything, or seen who hit her, please, just say something," mother Allana Gray said. Gray said she was doing errands on Wednesday while 2-year-old Egypt's father watched her and her 4-year-old brother play on their apartment steps.

BRAZORIA COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Neighbors are concerned about leaning power poles along County Road 210, just outside Angleton in Brazoria County. The poles went down in Beryl, and while neighbors who spoke to ABC13 say CenterPoint did manage to get them back up in a few days, they've been left to degrade. After her retirement in 2014, former NASA employee Faye McKnight traded outer space for some wide open space along the stretch of County Road 210 where the poles are leaning.
