But if you squint out your window seat, just past the runways at Portland International Airport, you might spot a team keeping watch over an entirely different kind of traffic — the feathered kind. Portland Panorama, a new film festival in Portland, features 120 films from both international creators and emerging Pacific Northwest filmmakers.
