Heather Lamont’s first day as the new owner/operator of the Great Harvest Bread Co. on Poly Drive started in the early morning hours, kneading dough at the kneading table. Her nerves were high, but the more she worked the dough, the more at ease she became. As she connected with the bakery’s craft and customers, she found herself at home.
