Atlanta police say they’ve arrested the suspect who was recorded allegedly cutting up tents at the Old Wheat Street homeless encampment in the Sweet Auburn District earlier this month. According to APD officials, the department took 42-year-old Daniel Barnett into custody Tuesday after he was identified while attending court at the Fulton County Courthouse on unrelated charges. He was subsequently transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing.
