AbstractAutophagy is a naturally conserved mechanism crucial for degrading and recycling damaged organelles and proteins to support cell survival. This process slows biological ageing and age-related disease in preclinical models. However, there has been little translation of autophagy to the clinic, and we have identified a lack of measurement tools for physiological human autophagy as a barrier.

Jon M. Chu’s adaptation of “Wicked” brings the beloved Broadway musical to the big screen with dazzling visuals and heartfelt performances. Pop icon Taylor Swift has officially endorsed Kamala Harris for the 2024 U.S. presidential election in a move that has sent waves across the political and entertainment industries. The surprise endorsement came shortly after the high-stakes presidential debate in Philadelphia between  Harris and  Trump on Tuesday, Sep.10. “Like many of you, I watched the debate tonight,”  Swift wrote on her Instagram. “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election.
