CINCINNATI (WXIX) -Hundreds of people attended the “No Kings” protest throughout Greater Cincinnati on Saturday as part of a national movement against President Donald Trump and his administration. One of the protests was held at University Pavilion at the University of Cincinnati. This is the latest in several anti-President Trump demonstrations happening in the Greater Cincinnati area this year.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The Cincinnati teen accused of gunning down a 25-year-old father of two during a robbery is likely to be transferred over to adult court. The 15-year-old suspect appeared in Hamilton County Juvenile Court in a wheelchair after he was shot seven times the night of the shooting. During his hearing Friday, prosecutors said they intend to file a motion to get the teen’s case bound over to adult court.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Demolition on the Daniel Carter Beard Bridge is now underway after a fire damaged a portion of it on Nov. 1. Part of the northbound lanes are open, but the southbound lanes are closed. Ohio Department of Transportation public information officer Kathleen Fuller says the work being done to repair the bridge is very precise as they take down just the damaged areas.

MAYSVILLE, Ky. (WXIX/Gray News) - A family is mourning the loss of a couple who was killed in a car crash while out Christmas shopping. Joshua Mark Wells, 39, and his wife, Latasha Kay Wells, 44, were driving on AA Highway in Maysville, Kentucky, on Saturday when they were rear-ended, a preliminary investigation indicates. According to the Kentucky State Police, the impact of the crash forced the Wells' car to cross into opposing traffic and into the path of another car.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A family is still seeking answers to find the driver who hit their loved one and drove off in 2020. Jamarion Washington was in a coma for three years before he passed away at 15 years old. He was put in a coma after he was hit by a vehicle on Gilpin Avenue in Evanston on Nov. 11, 2020. With the hopes the person responsible will come forward, Washington’s family gathers at the crash site every November 11th.

Two men were shot during a fight after a pee wee football game at Walnut Hills High School on Sunday night, Cincinnati Police say. Cincinnati Police Lt. Chantia Miller said there was a confrontation around 7:30 p.m. and shots were fired. Miller said they have a possible suspect but that person is not in custody. The shooting victims were taken to UC Medical Center. One is in serious condition and the second victim’s injuries are not considered life-threatening.

CINCINNATI (WXIX/Gray News) - Authorities are searching for three suspects accused of stealing nearly $50,000 worth of shoes, including more than 100 single, right shoes. Sole Bros 513 store manager Luke Kern said the owner called him early Tuesday morning and told him that the store had been robbed. The suspects did not take money or expensive shoes, but more than 100 single, right shoes along with “several” full pairs of shoes, clothes and personal belongings, according to the store owner.
