    HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Virginia woman was arrested Friday and charged in connection with the Hampton Bays hit-and-run crash that took the life of real estate agent Sara Burack, 40, police said. According to Southampton Town police, at 1:46 p.m., detectives arrested Amanda Kempton, 32, and charged her with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash with a fatality, a felony. Kempton was processed and is being held overnight for arraignment at Southampton Town Justice Court, police said.
