LEHIGH VALLEY, PA — A small plane flipped after landing Friday morning at the Lehigh Valley International Airport in Pennsylvania, officials said. According to a statement by the Federal Aviation Administration, a Piper PA-22 flipped over after landing at Lehigh Valley International Airport at around 10:35 a.m. local time. Only the pilot was on board, the FAA said. He was evaluated by EMS at the scene, according to NBC 10 Philadelphia. The FAA is investigating the incident, officials said.

VINELAND, NY — A forest fire spanning 20 acres broke out Friday in the Peaslee Wildlife Management Area in Vineland, in Columbia County. According to a post on X by the New Jersey Forest Fire Service, as of 3:10 p.m., crews were at the scene of the blaze, which was burning in a "remote area" of the Peaslee WMA. The fire was 0 percent contained, but no structures were impacted, the fire service said. Union Road was closed between Rt. 49 and Mays Landing Road, officials said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Hampton Bays man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a multi-vehicle crash on County Road 39in Southampton Thursday night that resulted in multiple injuries — and brought traffic to a halt, police said. According to Southampton Town police, the incident took place at about 10:37 p.m. on County Road 39 near Tuckahoe Road. Dylan Flores, 25, was driving while intoxicated and lost control, causing a collision with multiple vehicles, police said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A portion of County Road 39 was shut down in both directions Friday night after a rollover crash with multiple injuries, officials said. According to Chris Brenner, public information officer for the Southampton Fire Department, the crash took place just after 10:30 p.m. on County Road 39, just west of St. Andrews Road.
