NEW YORK (AP) — Police officers in helmets streamed into Columbia University Wednesday evening to remove a group of mask-clad protesters who staged a Pro-Palestinian demonstration inside the school’s main library. Videos shared on social media show a long line of NYPD officers entering the library hours after dozens of protesters pushed their way past campus security officers, raced into the building and then hung Palestinian flags and other banners on bookshelves in an ornate reading room.

BOSTON (WHDH) - Celtics fans are ready with their predictions set. “Should be no problem,” said Celtics fan Amir Elananzeh. “I don’t see many teams, putting up a fight with us in seven especially to a New York team.”The C’s are well rested and will take on the New York Knicks in the second round of the NBA playoffs starting Monday night. “I think it’s going to be five, don’t think it’s going to be a sweep. We’ll give them at least one,” said Celtics fan Paul Rockwell.

The Ground Round is back open for business. “20 years since the last one closed,” said owner Nachi Shea. “We’ve been working on this project for a couple of years now.”It’s been a team effort to get everything in order. The chef prepping the kitchen and staff to serve not only the classics, but new menu items that will surely hit the spot. “They can expect really great food,” said Shea.

BOSTON (WHDH) - A child was struck and killed by a school bus in Hyde Park on Monday, officials say. Police say the incident took place at 107 Washington Street around 2:45 p.m. and other students were aboard the bus. “Upon arrival, officers observed EMS and fire doing a medical procedure on the child,” said Boston Police Department Commissioner Michael Cox in a news conference.
