According to the suit, a third grader with autism was badly hurt in the Dec. 6 crash. The video shows the driver of the bus appear to be sleeping. As the driver wakes up and begins steering, the video shows the school bus jump onto the sidewalk and directly hit a student as he is walking with a school aide.

    BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — A man accused of throwing Molotov cocktails into a Colorado group that had gathered to bring attention to Israeli hostages in Gaza planned the attack for more than a year and specifically targeted what he described as a “Zionist group,” authorities said in court papers unsealed Monday charging him with a federal hate crime. Witnesses in Boulder said the suspect, Mohammed Sabry Soliman, 45, yelled “Free Palestine” and used a makeshift flamethrower and incendiary devices.

(AP) — Four additional victims have been identified in the Boulder attack in which a man is accused of throwing Molotov cocktails into a group that had gathered to bring attention to Israeli hostages in Gaza, authorities said Monday, bringing the number of injured to 12.     TEWKSBURY, MASS. (WHDH) - The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and minority shareholder of Market Basket has been placed on paid administrative leave amid an investigation into his conduct. Officials say the investigation will look into Arthur T. Demoulas and an alleged plan he had to disrupt the business and operations of Market Basket with a work stoppage. The move is reminiscent of a strike that occurred in the summer of 2014.

    BOSTON (WHDH) - A person was taken to the hospital after a stabbing Monday afternoon in Boston’s Downtown Crossing, police said. At around 2:23 p.m., officers responded to 58 Summer St., near Five Guys, for a report of a person stabbed, according to the Boston Police Department. One person was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said. An ice delivery driver was stabbed on the sidewalk, according to the driver’s coworker.
