El Paso County Public Health officials confirmed a third case of measles Monday night and identified an additional exposure site. In a Facebook post, county health officials reported that the latest case involves a vaccinated adult who was at Denver International Airport on May 14. Health officials have identified the Single Barrel Bar and Grill at 5885 Stetson Hills Blvd. as another measles exposure site.

The body of a boater who went missing on Lake Pueblo Friday night has been recovered after a nearly 23-hour search effort, according to Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Officials said in a Saturday night news release that three anglers were on a boat when it capsized amid high winds in Bogg’s Creek Cove around 8 p.m. Friday. Two adults in the boat were able to swim to shore. The body of the third adult was recovered around 6:30 p.m. Saturday by the CPW Marine Evidence Recovery Team and Lake Pueblo.

Six people were injured — one critically — in a shooting late Saturday night near Palmer Park and Academy boulevards in Colorado Springs, apparently after an argument escalated, police said in an online report. The initial call for service came in around 10:12 p.m. from the Olympic Gardens apartments in the 1400 block of Potter Drive, just south of Palmer Park Boulevard, near the Rustic Hills Shopping Center. The shooting appears to have occurred on the street in front of the apartments.

Police confirmed several victims; the exact number and their conditions were not known as of 11 p.m.The call for a shooting came in around 10:12 p.m., at the Olympic Gardens apartments in the 1400 block of Potter Drive, just south of Palmer Park Boulevard. The apartments are across the street from the shopping center.
