If I had to design the perfect Greek isle from scratch, it would look a lot like Naxos and Paros. Blue-domed churches and whitewashed villages? Check. Golden beaches lapped by clear turquoise waves? Covered. Cute waterfront tavernas at which to feast on the day’s catch? They’re here too.
