The government has made elaborate security plans ahead of Easter's World Rally Championship Safari Rally including a ban sale of liquor inside private vehicles. Merrymaking off the road has also been outlawed with a tough talking Rift Valley Regional Commissioner Abdi Hassan saying those who break the law will be arrested and charged. Rally fans had a penchant for setting up temporary drinking spots at the central business district and roads within Naivasha town.

The bumpy ride off the Maai Mahiu-Naivasha highway to Lare village is a test of nerves, as trucks loaded with quarry materials approach from the opposite direction. Then there are sounds of machines crushing rocks and dust filling the air. Tucked between quarries is a 10-acre agroecology farm. Near the farm’s main gate are naturally grown sukuma wiki, spinach and other greens as overhead sprinklers work tirelessly at a distance.

After being in storage for a couple of months and frequent relocations, the printer experienced a few issues. Among the challenges we encountered were... Right stepper motors were disconnected which resulted in the stepper motor just vibrating and not functioning well. To sort this out, we created a new PCB connector to house the Z-axis pins.
