As the oldest newspaper in the nation, it is part of The Standard Group, which also operates Kenya Television Network (KTN), Radio Maisha, the County Weekly (a bi-weekly publication that targets county news), and Standard Digital World, its online news platform. The Standard Group is based on Mombasa Road in Nairobi, after relocating from its former location at the I&M Bank Tower.
