ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - A wildfire that quickly grew into a 350-acre blaze Sunday afternoon near the Denali National Park entrance is being suppressed by firefighting crews Monday, despite some services shutting down and a loss of power in the immediate area. In an update, a Denali National Park and Preserve spokesperson said crews made “good progress” overnight, with the line holding on the fire’s southern edge, which is nearest to people and structures.
