Tom Galvin, Executive Director of the Digital Citizens Alliance, a group dedicated to consumer protection and internet safety, raised concerns about digital secondary markets for concert tickets, sporting events, and other services. “We think there should be an investigation into how brokers are getting access to those tickets,” Galvin said.
