The individuals accused of the torture and murder of Sam Nordquist are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. At a news conference Wednesday, Ontario County Assistant District Attorney Kelly Wolford detailed the horrific allegations of weeks of abuse of Nordquist, including sexual and physical abuse. Precious Arzuaga was also charged with two counts of first-degree coercion for allegedly forcing a seven-year-old and a 12-year-old to participate in the torture.
