    Fourth-seeded Elizabeth edged out a 4-2 win over fifth-seeded Phillipsburg in the quarterfinals of the North 2, Group 4 tournament, in Elizabeth. The Minutemen (22-7) will face top-seeded Ridge in the semifinals on Tuesday. Elizabeth started off the game with a three-run rally in the opening inning and added one more in the second to take an early 4-0 lead. Phillipsburg (12-12) scored two runs in the third. Nick Yaccarino struck out three and walked one while giving up five hits for the Stateliners.
