    The City of Laredo announced the 21st edition of the Laredo International Sister Cities Festival — to be celebrated in July — with new events and activities during a press conference at Sames Auto Arena on Wednesday. During the event, it was announced that a 5K race and workshops for the public, presented by artisans from Amealco, Queretaro, on making the iconic Lele doll, will be added to the festival's activities.
