A man was accidentally shot by an acquaintance, according to the Laredo Police Department. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. Sunday. Article continues below this adLPD said the shooting occurred downtown in the 500 block of Flores Avenue. A 20-year-old man was reportedly shot in the leg. He stated that the shooting was accidental. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and refused to press charges. A 22-year-old man reportedly inadvertently shot him.
