A tragic turn of events occurred at the Movistar Madrid Half Marathon on Sunday, as a 35-year-old man succumbed to cardiac arrest just 500 metres from the finish line. Another young runner, aged 20, also suffered a cardiac arrest and is currently in intensive care.
