The Wake Forest School of Divinity received $6.6 million, the largest individual donation in the school’s history, on Thursday, Oct. 24. The donation is from the Griffin Family Trust and some of these funds will support Wake Div Promise, an initiative that provides full-tuition scholarships to all graduate students within the Master of Divinity program. The donation marks the second major contribution from the Griffin family and brings their support for the school to a total of $10 million.
