HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Celebrate summer break this weekend at the After School Bash hosted by Free2Teach and the Huntsville Police Department. In their third year of partnership, the duo is hosting its first Bash to raise awareness and stuff an HPD squad car with school supplies for local public school teachers. Donations can range from pencils and paper to crayons, scissors, dry-erase markers, books, and more. Festivities begin Saturday, June 7, at 4 p.m. at Big Spring Park.
