About 9 minutes reading time. USA Baseball announced Thursday that Mark DeRosa will return as manager of Team USA for the 2026 World Baseball Classic. Michael Hill, Major League Baseball’s senior vice president of on-field operations and workforce development, was named general manager. Hill will replace Tony Reagins in the role and will help construct the national team roster for the 2026 WBC.
