A two-month-old baby died in hospital (Image: PA) A police probe has been launched after a two-month-old baby died at Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital. The boy had been taken to the hospital shortly after midnight on Wednesday, June 11, having suffered injuries and police were called. He died shortly after being taken to the hospital and officers are investigating the circumstances that led to his injuries.

Lannan Bakery, in Stockbridge, has become a viral hit and a report suggested they had to hire security due to the ever-increasing number of customers. The bakery is only able to allow eight people inside at one time and it means the rest have to stand outside on a narrow pavement.

Stephen Speedie was pronounced dead around 7am on Friday after officers were called to the Dunning to Kinross Road in South Perthshire over concerns for a man. The death is being treated as murder and extensive enquiries are ongoing. Now two men have been arrested and charged in connection with the 29-year-old’s death.

I might be in the minority here, but raising the threshold to £35k is a joke. For a lot of people in their 20s and 30s that’s far more than they will earn, and they’ll be paying a lot in rent and bills with no help but a pensioner on £35k gets it? Absolute nonsense.
