MARSHALL, M.N. (Dakota News Now) - The second hole on our Dream 18 is actually Hole #2 at Marshall Country Club, a par 5. I love this course, there’s 5 par 5’s and 5 par 3’s. Lots of variety. Dylan Scherff is the pro here and Dylan, I remember this hole from decades ago as the hole that stands out. Why is it your signature hole? “Yes, we believe this is our signature hole. It features an almost island green.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - As a freshman, Fioux Falls Christian’s Mitchell Hofer won the State A Singles title out in Rapid City. As a sophomore he did it again in dominating fashion, winning the championship match 6-1, 6-1. So how has he been so successful at such a young age? “Just by playing in such a way that you’re not trying to hit too many winners. Making sure you’re being consistent and moving them around. Throughout this year I improved so much it was fun to see myself.
