Mark Steel has opened up on his gruelling cancer battle, with the comedian revealing that he's forced to eat through tubes following life-saving surgery to remove the disease. Earlier this year, he revealed that he had been diagnosed with cancer after spotting a lump on his neck while shaving. The comedian explained that after being checked over by the doctor, he was referred to the hospital for a scan.

The Conservative Party has reached a point of clarity. Like all the most efficient organisations, it has a sense of purpose.
