According to the Wales National Team X page, U21s coach Matt Jones announced that Crew will be one of three players who are no longer available for international duty. Places are still available for our October half-term coaching camps, which will be held at Kingston Park Stadium, Consett RFC and Houghton RFC. They will run on several days over two weeks between October 23 and November 3. Each camp runs from 10am to 3pm and includes a range of rugby skills, games and activities which we see as the perfect way to create a balance between learning, improving and enjoyment.

There was no shortage of spirit but Newcastle Falcons tasted defeat on the opening weekend of the Gallagher Premiership season as Bath took all five points at The Rec. James Elliott has returned for a second spell at Newcastle Falcons, with the Jersey Reds scrum-half signing until the end of the current season. The Co. Durham native helped Jersey win the RFU Championship title last season and started for the Channel Island outfit three weeks ago when they won away at Bath in the Premiership Rugby Cup.
