HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Some restrooms at Richmond International Airport (RIC) in Henrico County have been temporarily closed due to low water pressure on Wednesday. At around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, RIC reported in a post on X that the restrooms in Concourse A are temporarily closed due to low water pressure. According to a notice posted at RIC, passengers are encouraged to use the restroom before entering the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint.

In a message posted on Facebook at around 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, Hanover County reported that residents in Ashland and Mechanicsville may notice slightly reduced water pressure, as the county has “trimmed back pressure” to reduce the amount of water it is pulling from Richmond.

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating after a man who was shot in his leg arrived at a hospital Sunday night. At around 9:46 p.m. on Sunday, May 25, Chesterfield County Police responded to the Swift Creek Emergency Room, located at 14720 Hancock Village St., for the report of a person who had been shot. When officers arrived on scene, they found a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his leg.

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — More than 700 graves have been found in Richmond’s Manchester neighborhood after a survey was conducted at a site. According to a spokesperson for the City of Richmond, a draft report from a vendor conducting a Ground Penetrating Radar survey of 2313 Wise Street identified 742 graves — with 472 probable and 270 possible.
