    Belmont Housing Resources for WNY will use a $750,000 grant from the KeyBank Foundation to help East Side homeowners make repairs and improvements to their homes. The funding will help launch the Key to Healthy Homes Initiative. The grants will go to low-income East Side residents who are at or below 80% of the area median income. Grants of up to $20,000 will be offered through the initiative, said Brad Packard, who will become Belmont's president and CEO on July 1.
