A Massachusetts man was arrested after driving more than 100 mph on Route 16 in Ossipee, state police said. A 1.6 magnitude earthquake was reported on New Hampshire's Seacoast Sunday, according to the USGS.The earthquake epicenter was 1.9 miles south, southeast of Greenland and happened around 1:45 p.m.>> Download the free WMUR app to get updates on the go: Apple | Google Play <<The earthquake was about 4 miles deep, according to the USGS. A 2.0 magnitude earthquake was reported in New Durham in April.In January, a 3.8 magnitude earthquake was felt across New Hampshire.

The latest drought monitor map shows that the Granite State is no longer in a drought or seeing abnormally dry conditions. The May 22 update from the U.S. Drought Monitor showed there were no areas of New Hampshire experiencing abnormally dry or drought conditions. So far in May, Manchester has seen 9.25 inches of rain, Concord has seen 7.50 inches and Laconia has seen 5.63 inches.
