Global Fight League has canceled its first pair of scheduled events. GFL was set to officially launch its inaugural fight events on May 24 and May 25 at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. LAS VEGAS – Pat Sabatini couldn't be happier with his performance in the UFC on ESPN 65 co-main event against Joanderson Brito. Sabatini (20-5 MMA, 7-2 UFC) was an underdog according to the oddsmakers, but he certainly proved them wrong as he dominated Brito (17-5-1 MMA, 5-3 UFC) for 15 minutes. He even earned a 10-8 score from one of the official judges in the final round.
