The facility within Imeson Industrial Park was completed in 2024. JLL Capital Markets secured $68.28 million in acquisition financing for Arcadia Jacksonville, a 333,725-square-foot Class A cold storage facility in Jacksonville, according to an announcement. Burleson, Texas-based Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics planned to occupy roughly 216,000 square feet of the property located at 9765 N. Main St when the project was breaking ground.

After producing beer for more than 10 years, Ruby Beach’s drinks have hit Publix shelves. The downtown brewery is supplying its flagship beers to more than a dozen Publix grocery stores in Jacksonville. Moving away from its old Jacksonville Beach location several years ago was part of a strategic shift for the business, narrowing its focus on brews and tapping into the growth of a downtown in development early, Ruby Beach owner Mark Vandeloo said.
