CLINTON COUNTY, Ill. (KSDK) – A St. Louis-area woman has returned home after a crash left her in the ICU with more than 30 broken bones. “‘If she makes it through the night,’ was what they had said, to where I am now, it was like a crazy comeback,” Maci McCabe said. On Feb. 11, the 18-year-old crashed head-on into an ambulance in Clinton County, Illinois. “I don’t remember most of that day anymore. It’s very fuzzy,” McCabe said.
