St. Louis, MO (KMOX) - On November 5th, Missouri voters will decide whether to change the state's constitution and legalize sports wagering. It's an issue that's been debated multiple years in the legislature. Missouri is one of the few states where sports betting remains illegal. In January, Missouri's professional sports teams launched a petition drive to get the question before voters.

The sanctuary is trying to save a bald eagle shot in the beak.
