(SDSU) – The South Dakota State women’s basketball team completed its third straight unbeaten Summit League regular season Saturday with a 79-46 win over St. Thomas at First Bank & Trust Arena. The Jackrabbits are winners of 63 straight regular season conference games and are 81-1 dating back to the beginning of the 2020-21 season.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (SDSU) — The South Dakota State women’s basketball team surged in the second half to beat North Dakota 66-45 Wednesday night at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. The Jackrabbits trailed 28-20 at halftime, then outscored the Fighting Hawks 21-7 in the third quarter and 25-10 in the fourth. SDSU shot just 22 percent from the field in the opening half, then a blistering 74 percent after halftime.

ST. PAUL, Minn. (SDSU) – The South Dakota State women’s basketball team put together a fourth-quarter rally to beat St. Thomas 83-76 Wednesday night at Schoenecker Arena. SDSU trailed 62-58 after three periods, then went on a 13-0 run to start the fourth. The Jacks took the lead for the first time on a Kallie Theisen layup at 6:19 and held off the Tommies down the stretch. Brooklyn Meyer and Katie Vasecka finished with 21 and 20 points, respectively, to pace the Jackrabbits.

BROOKINGS, S.D. (SDSU) — A third-quarter surge lifted the South Dakota State basketball team to a 78-61 victory over Kansas City Saturday afternoon at First Bank & Trust Arena. Up just four points at halftime, 34-30, SDSU shot 80 percent and outscored KC 25-12 in the third quarter to pull away. The Jackrabbits improve to 14-3 on the season and 4-0 in the Summit League while the Roos fall to 5-13 overall and 1-2 in the conference.
