Water Street within Legacy West is set to become a new outdoor stage, pending approval from Plano City Council. The full storyThe zoning change calls for the eastern half of Water Street, which currently connects Windrose Avenue to Communications Parkway in Legacy West, to be converted into 0.18 acres of open space, which would become an outdoor stage, according to city documents. Plano Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval for the zoning change during its March 25 meeting.
