Since OBJ last went to press in December, the whole world has changed. At least it feels that way. Few could have predicted the political drama that would unfold in the first three months of 2025, with all the twists and turns of a Tom Clancy thriller: the forced resignation of the prime minister, the U.S. president’s decision to initiate a tariff war and question Canada’s sovereignty, the confirmation of Mark Carney as leader of the Liberals, and a snap general election. The Duke Blue Devils lost in remarkable fashion on Saturday night, blowing a double-digit second-half lead and allowing Houston to close the game on an 11-1 run. Former Duke star and current ESPN basketball analyst Jay Williams appeared on SportsCenter shortly after the loss and provided his take on what went wrong for the Blue Devils and the magnitude of the loss. "This is probably the worst Duke loss that I think they've had in a long time," he said.
