Another cold front will slide through on Monday and bring us our next chance for some showers and a few storms. The weekend is looking beautiful weather-wise! Expect sunny skies for the rest of our afternoon. It feels fantastic out there with temperatures ranging in the upper 50s to around 60.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - High pressure will build in through the weekend providing us with plentiful sunshine and warmer temperatures. Another cold front will slide through on Monday and bring us our next chance for some showers and a few storms. Skies will remain mostly clear overnight. Temperatures will drop all the way down into the mid-30s by Saturday morning. A Frost Advisory goes into effect at 1 am and is set to expire by around 8 am.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Showers will finally dissipate tonight. Sunshine returns for the beginning of the work week before our next chance for some showers arrives Wednesday into Thursday. Some thunderstorms may be possible, but rainfall totals will be on the lighter side. Temperatures will warm up through the middle and end of next week. For the rest of our Sunday afternoon anticipate scattered showers to persist.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - The frontal boundary stalled across western Kentucky will guide yet another wave of storms and heavy rain through the Tri-State this afternoon and into tonight. Flooding will worsen as 1-3″ of additional rainfall is expected across the area this evening and into Sunday. Rain will become lighter and more scattered into Sunday before completely tapering off Sunday night.
