    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - High pressure will keep the weather quiet through the weekend and the beginning of the work week. Temperatures will climb into the upper 80’s to through Wednesday before showers cool us back down for the end of the week. Today will be another great day! Expect mostly sunny skies with highs topping out in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Some lingering smoke may make skies look a little hazy. A stationary front is forecast to set up just southwest of the Tri-State.

    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - An area of low pressure will drift over the Tri-State today keeping some clouds and a few shower chances through the next two days. Temperatures will warm back up to around average by the end of the week and into the weekend. Outside of some slight chances for showers through the end of the week we should remain mostly dry. For our Tuesday we can expect mostly cloudy skies with some scattered showers this morning.

    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - High pressure to our north will slide to our east today, allowing an area of low pressure to lift across the area overnight into Tuesday. Our cooler temperatures will start to rebound back to average by the end of the work week. For our Memorial Day we’ll wake up to partly cloudy skies with temperatures hovering in the mid-50s. We’ll remain partly cloudy through the first half of the day before clouds increase through the afternoon ahead of rain tonight.

    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Scattered showers will be possible for the second half of the weekend and into the beginning of work week. We’ll start to dry out and warm back up by the middle and end of next week. Expect partly cloudy skies this evening with overnight lows dropping into the mid-50s. Slightly better chances for showers arrive for the second half of the weekend and into the beginning of next week. Sunday will feature cloudy skies with on-and-off scattered showers.

    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) -An area of low pressure will bring some showers to the Tri-State for Memorial Day Weekend. Temperatures will remain cool through the beginning of next week before returning to near-normal levels by the end of next week. Expect a mostly dry evening with partly cloudy skies. Shower activity will remain mostly to our west but some counties in southern Illinois and far western Kentucky may be grazed by some spotty showers. Overnight lows will drop down into the lower 50s.
