CALLOWAY COUNTY, KY (WSIL) -- First responders come together to rescue a man from a house fire. The morning of November 19th, dispatch sent Calloway County Fire Rescue to the 5000 block of Highway 121 North in Stella. Crews were responding to a report of a mobile home on fire in a trailer park community. Dispatch also told crews that a neighbor, who called 911, believed the homeowner was possibly still inside the home. However, the neighbor could not get an answer at the door.

DU QUOIN, IL (WSIL) -- The holiday season is almost here, and one local town believes, the more the merrier. City officials say sign-up is still underway for Du Quoin's Annual Tree Lighting and Holiday Parade. Bands, Families, clubs, church groups, businesses, school groups are all welcome and encouraged to be in the parade. Participation can include a float, trailer, a car, or walkers.
