A Treasure Coast judge is facing charges after he was arrested Wednesday night in Martin County. The Martin County Sheriff's Office said that 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida Judge Brett Waronicki was one of the three people arrested in a traffic stop in Jensen Beach. One man is dead after investigators say a possible fight between cousins took a deadly turn in Hobe Sound. According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, a man was shot and killed in the Banner Lake community off Southeast Begonia Way. The shooter, another adult male, stayed on the scene and was questioned at the sheriff's office. The victim, identified as Ernie Smith, died at the hospital.

BOCA RATON, Fla. — The 911 calls from last week's fatal plane crash in Boca Raton that killed three people have been released. The Cessna 310 went down at about 10:20 a.m. on Military Trail near Glades Road after departing the airport, according to the FAA. The plane took off from the Boca Raton Airport, heading for the Tallahassee Airport, and crashed 11 minutes later. The crash killed Robert Stark, 81, of Boca Raton; Stephen Stark, 54, of Delray Beach and Brooke Stark, 17, also from Delray Beach.

A Delray Beach Fire Rescue employee involved in December's Brightline crash has been fired. Driver-engineer David Wyatt is no longer employed by Delray Beach Fire Rescue, after an investigation was launched by the city. The decision to terminate Wyatt came from City Manager Terrence R. Moore, who said in a statement to WPTV: "The train collision on December 28 was more than a traffic incident.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A nurse who was brutally beaten at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in Palm Beach County last month is back at St. Mary's Medical Center due to medical complications, according to a representative of the family's lawyer. Leelamma Lal, 67, had been at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital in Jacksonville since last Tuesday after undergoing surgery on the right side of her face. Lal is now blind in one eye.
