    A Capital Region man was arrested on Saturday after police say he caused a disturbance at the Spectrum Store in Wilton. The report from the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office says the man not only resisted arrest but also kicked one of the deputies in the groin, causing physical injury. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Jonathan S. Bean, 60, of Gansevoort on Saturday following a disturbance call at a Spectrum store in Wilton.
